Steve Nosal started his career in the grocery store business with his father back in 1970. Steve continued building his experience after schooling while working in the grocery and restaurant business for many years to come.

He has worked for a vast number of restaurants and grocers, including Macayo’s Mexican Food, where he ran the maintenance department and oversaw various construction projects. He also worked for Smitty’s Food Stores in the maintenance department and later moved into their construction department.

Steve also worked for Fleming Foods and has helped construct Food-4-Less stores and Fry’s Food Stores nationwide. Steve has been with RKAA since 2004 as Construction Project Administrator & Project Manager. In this role, he has overseen the completion of many projects including, but not limited to: Fry’s Food Stores, Walgreens, LA Fitness, Allstate Storage, The Vig, and Starbucks.

Steve’s role at RKAA is to ensure that the design goals of the client are met in the final build out and completion of the project. He works closely with GC’s to help answer RFI’s and guide the project along smoothly. His communication in this role is key to client satisfaction, and he has developed outstanding relationships with many different general contractors throughout his career as a Construction Project Administrator.
