Neil is a registered architect with more than 22 years of diverse architectural design and project management experience. He is experienced in coordinating the efforts of the entire project team, from clients to architectural staff and design team consultants, as well as general contractors in various project delivery methods.

He has been involved with numerous renovation and new construction efforts ranging in complexity and project types.

Neil’s role at RKAA is key to our success as a whole. As Production Manager, he is responsible for developing and promoting technical growth by maintaining a high standard of quality work.

Neil also strives to understand client expectations. He knows change is a constant and delivering what the client expects requires flexibility and anticipating the unexpected. Neil works collaboratively with all members of the project team to develop a thoughtful design and deliver a successful project. He is the foundation of our management team, and he ensures a great end product.
